Wanted to post about Brow Tinting to give more insight. There are no filters on these photos (just different lighting). The top photo is before tint, the middle photo is immediately after tint, and the bottom photo is exactly two weeks after tint. Tint is semi permanent and fades over time, the tints purpose is to darken hairs NOT to stick to the skin. So the first few days it gives a very dark filled in look due to the tint/ product sticking to the skin behind the actual brow hairs. After 2-3 washes it will no longer be on skin, just on the hairs. Each person will have different results, depending on hair color, tint color used, skin type and skin products used.

Another great example of Semi Permanent Brow Tint. Top left, before, bottom left immediately after tint and the photo on right is 4 days after tinting. No color left on skin, but brow hairs are noticeably darker!
